Mirc is a chat client for IRC = (internet relay chat)
you dont need a warez Mirc

You can get mIRC from the mIRC home page. If you wish to download illegal
warez with it, check google.com for things like irc warez sites. I don't
recommend messing about with illegal warez because you'll find they are
often infected with a virus or trojan.
